Federal Constitutional Court
The Federal Constitutional Court is the guardian of Germany's Basic Law and a symbol of Karlsruhe's identity as the seat of justice. The understated modernist building was erected in 1969 to designs by Paul Baumgarten, right by Schlossplatz. Hearings are public; registration is required.
